ACCESS to different dashboars

Person 1 from Cameroun can see all the blue data - A person in a country can see all the quantity data but only the price from his country
Person 2 is in central he can seel all the data blue + green
I have two dashboards :
- one where person 1 & person 2 can see all the country because it's talking only about quantity
- one where person 1 can see only his country because it's talking about price & person 2 all the data
