Hi all,

I have a problem with the installation of "On-premise data gateway":

I tried to apply these changes (PDF) but I received this error

"The custom claim rule syntax is no valid. POLICY0002: could not parse policy data."

Can anyone help me?

Hi @ValerioBordin,

I think your issue is more related to account policy settings, please contact to your azure domain admin to get more support.

Hello,

I am getting the same error while siginin Power BI Desktop App.I have check the fix provided in above solution but wasn't able to login.

Could anyone please guide me step by step.

I have also chase the IT Team for help,but didn't got any help.
