400 Error during "Add or edit multiple milestones (preview)" in Metrics (formerly Goals)

I am trying to paste mutliple values into the "Add or edit multiple milestones (preview)" window (i.e. adding Target values in Metrics). It seems when I paste around 100 rows or more, I receive an er...
