Cannot figure this out. Reports created online (powerbi.com) with local data sources refresh fine. But reports created using Power BI desktop fail on refresh - whether manual or scheduled - after being published online. Refresh on the Power BI desktop works fine - but then I need to re-publish the report. I receive the following message:
2 arguments were passed to a function which expects 1.
Technical Information:
Activity Id: fdc2eea7-3ff4-46a2-80db-133a13430fe7
Request Id: 8ed5b1ad-6c71-4147-bbc5-dee62499d344
Cluster Name: WABI-US-EAST2-redirect.analysis.windows.net
Refresh Start Time: 04/30/2016 01:13:00Z
Refresh End Time: 04/30/2016 01:14:32Z
I have double checked that my Desktop and Gateway is up to date. I have tried uninstal and re-instal of both the Desktop and the Gateway.
Not sure which 2 arguments the error refers to, nor am I sure what I should be checking to correct the error.
Credentials are fine.
Data source is an Access database.
Anyone have an answer / solution / proposal?
thanks,

I downloaded Personal Gateway again and the problem disappeared

I have the same issue using Excel 2016 (power query).
The same file was properly working in Excel 2010 & Excel 365.
What is "personal gateaway"?
It looks like a new update to the Personal Gateway became available 02 May 2016.
So now the question is: Why wouldn't that be caught by Update and just install automatically?
Thanks, @wynhopkins - this latest version solved the issue.
Same issue
Also sourcing an Access Database
That looks like a frowny face with screen shot or Contact Support issue at support.powerbi.com. I haven't quite figured out how to speak GUID yet. 🙂
