2 Service users see the same slicer in different configuration

Hello,

I published a report with a slicer configured as dropdown.

When I log to the report in the service I see the slicer as a dropdown.

Another user logs to the report in the service and sees the slicer as a list.

Is it a browser limitation or something like this?

Thanks,

Barak

hi @barakb32 , I would follow the steps mentioned by @Greg_Deckler - you could request the user to "Reset to Defaults" option - this down clear up any previous setting on slicers.

Also I have seen this behavior if there are some conflicts with bookmarks - do you have any bookmarks where you are hiding and unhiding the slicer in question?

Hi @barakb32 ,

This is weird, are you sure there's no other operations after publishing to Service? Have you tried republish the report?

@barakb32  Have the users use Reset to default on the report in the Service to clear personal bookmarks. If that doesn't work, I've heard about glitches like this, maybe clear the cache? Is this possibly published as an App and you need to republish the App?
