2 Service users see the same slicer in different configuration

Hello,   I published a report with a slicer configured as dropdown. When I log to the report in the service I see the slicer as a dropdown. Another user logs to the report in the service and sees...

barakb32  Have the users use Reset to default on the report in the Service to clear personal bookmarks. If that doesn't work, I've heard about glitches like this, maybe clear the cache? Is this possibly published as an App and you need to republish the App?
