Check the below content, the custom connector works fine in Power BI Desktop. I'm passing four arguments in PowerBI Service too.

What is the function you used in this dataset? Do you configure a gateway for this dataset? Could you please try to reproduce this issue with the latest Power BI Desktop and On-Premises Data Gateway?
