undefinedCustomize bubble chart(From Akvelon) is not showing data after Reschedule refresh.

We built a report with mulitple Visulaizations and for one of the visual i have used bubble chart(from Akvelon).it's working fine in local as well as whenever i publish.Now the issue is whenver the schedule refresh happens that whole design becomes blank and other visuals are working fine so is there any solution for this.
