unable to select multiple options from Parameter in Paginated report published on service

Hi, I have used Available options from a SQL Query and multiple value option is selected. Now on Service when I am filtering with keyword like "AN" then 6 options are available, I can select first 5 but last one is not getting selected, instead when clicking on last one, it is deselecting my first option

It sounds like you're encountering an issue with selecting multiple values from a filter in Power BI Service, particularly when filtering using a keyword. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

1. **Check Data:** Ensure that the data in your SQL database is accurately reflecting the values you're trying to filter. It's possible that the last option you're trying to select might not match the filtering criteria, causing it to behave unexpectedly.

2. **Review Filter Settings:** Double-check the filter settings in your Power BI report to ensure that it's configured to allow multiple selections and that there are no restrictions or limitations set that could be causing the issue.

3. **Filter Behavior:** Verify the behavior of the filter in Power BI Desktop to see if you can replicate the issue locally. This can help determine if the problem is specific to the Power BI Service or if it's related to the report itself.

4. **Test Different Keywords:** Try using different keywords or filter criteria to see if the issue persists. This can help identify if the problem is related to the specific keyword you're using or if it occurs with other keywords as well.

5. **Check for Updates:** Ensure that both Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service are up to date. Sometimes, issues like this can be resolved by installing the latest updates, as they often include bug fixes and improvements.

6. **Clear Cache:** If you're using Power BI Service, try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito/private browsing window to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, cached data can cause unexpected behavior in the Power BI Service.

7. **Contact Support:** If none of the above steps resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support or posting your question on the Power BI community forums. They may be able to provide more specific guidance or troubleshooting steps based on your unique scenario.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and hopefully resolve the issue with selecting multiple values from your filter in Power BI Service.
