soming went wrong- reporting server refresh

dears,

i have an issue when i need to create schedualed refresh it gives me the below error 

need your help

You should check the log files. These are normally stored at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Report Server\PBIRS\LogFiles and the ReportingServicesService*.log files are the ones for the web service. You should find more details about the error in there.
