Hi!
Currently, all the reports are saved into folders on a server, and the folders are accessible by a limited number of users.
How to share a report with the users that have access to different folders without saving the same report several times in the different folders?
Is there a way to, maybe, create a sort of shortcut of the report in all the folders, so when I save a new version of the report all other shortcuts would update automatically?
Or any other ideas that would achieve the same result are appreciated!
thank you!
Hi @Maria_Maria ,
I'm sorry, I can't think of any way to achieve this. In my opinion, in Power BI Service and Power BI Report Sever, if you modify the reports in different workspaces, you need to replace them one by one, and you can't do publish and then replace all the ones in other workspaces.
Best Regards
Lucien
