i have an already existing on premise report server that was running on a virtual service account, I am trying to change the service account to a GMSA account with the intention of later setting up kerberos authentication for my data sources, however when i changed the service account to my GMSA account and restarted the service it started asking for authentication from anyone who tries to enter the web portal, but when you do authenticate it just asks for it again and keeps repeating it without moving you to the web portal itself.
Is this something to do with the fact that im using a gmsa account or can it be something else? and if so is there anything i need to change in the account's/server's configuration for it to work?
