Hi, can i use reportserver with ppu licence? where i found product-key for registration? Thank's Max

No.
You can use PBI ReportServer only with PBI Premium "Capacity" licence (not PPU).
Or you can use PBI Report Server with SQL Server Enterprise Edition with SA licence.
