"My Reports" role questions

For those who have activated the "My Reports" role, I wonder what your experiences are? What are the pros and cons, if any?

I wonder, is it only users who are given the "My Reports" role, they will have the "My Reports" folder, while other users who do not have this role will not have "My Reports" folder.

Say if I am a report server admin, is there a way to easily distribute a report to everyone who has the "My Reports" role.folder?
