"Could no load folder contents" - Permission problem

I have login with AD user to Power BI Report Server. I saw following error thus I logined with admin and opened PBI reports and granted access to AD user for "Browser, Content Manager, My Reports, Publisher, Report Builder".

 

However I continue getting following error. Why?

 

"Could not load folder contents
You are not allowed to view this folder. Contact your administrator to obtain the necessary permissions."

This is same error I am getting . I have installed fresh Report server in 2 mode NLB . I am able to browse from the serrver name  but not from the NLB link .
