pbirs web service url 503 error

Hi all,

Download and install the latested pbirs version. configure successfully,could open web portal url and upload report,but when open web service url, get 503 error in edge, i have try all the ways in the community.

please give me some suggestions asap, thanks!

Hi, @Lucay 

Have you reconfigured Report Server? Try to remove credentials and encrypted information:

Then reconfigure it

Make sure they are in different directories, as shown in the image below:

Web service URLs are not typically used for report access:

This is usually a matter of permissions:

Add an everyone user to the Power BI Report Server installation directory and give permissions:
