PBID is unable to achieve this effect like excel for the time being.
Now you can consider two solutions:
1. Use custom visual. I have seen a paid custom visual that can achieve this effect, but it doesn't seem to have been published to appsource. You can try to search for it.
2. Use the R script to generate it (but the result will be a static graph, which will sacrifice the interactivity of the diagram itself)
