issue loading the visuals on my report

I am seeing an issue loading the visuals on my report, when report is opened to longer time. Attached is a screenshot of my error and below are the error details of my ticket.

This is acknowledged as an issue.

We have reported the issue and submitted it to the internal icm platform, No:353271553 . Engineers will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update you here if there is any progress , please be patient.
