how to govern power bi visuals in power bi admin portal

I've seen there is one guide which shows how to govern power bi visuals, but it does not mention whether it's power bi on-premises solution or on cloud solution, e. g. Admin portal, I cannot find the options mentioned in the guide link below, like power bi admin can decide either enable or disable option “Add and use custom visuals”, power bi admin can also assign the rights to “Specific security groups”, we use power bi on-premises solution, i guess maybe this is reason

Does anyone knows whether Admin portal is only on-premises?

my understanding with power bi on premises, it's not possible to disable get more visuals button. Hope this info will be useful for other people, if they do have same situation and search for a solution.

The Power BI Admin Portal which was mentioned in the article was for Power BI Service.

For Power BI Report Server (On-Prem) which your organization is using you can Adminiter setting from Power BI Report Server Configuration Manager

You can manage rest of teh setting from Power BI Report Server Web Portal URL.

I think I find the answer, admin portal is only on cloud solution
