how to create REST APIs for Power BI Report Server

Power BI Report Server support Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs in the latest release.

I am able to create report Dashboard in Power BI desktop, upload the pbix file to web portal and access this from html page as embedded url.But as per my requirement, but i don't find any help in creating Power BI Rest APIs using on-premise Report server.Please help me on this
