It's most likely picking up the language from the settings in your browser. IE and Edge should pick this up from the operating system, but Firefox and Chrome have their own internal language settings. If you are using one of those browsers you should be able to go into settings and search for the language setting and change it there (you may need to close and re-open your browser after making this change)
