how to change Power bi Export template

Hello Experts,

 

is it possible add a customied template in powerbi export. Ilike to add export the report in PDF or PPTX or work but in a specific format or a template. is it possible and if yes how can I acheive this?

Hi @gowtham1991 

Power BI doesn’t support custom templates for PDF or PPT exports directly. To get a specific format, you can:

  • Design your report pages with your branding so exports look right.

  • Use Power Automate to export reports, then add your template or format outside Power BI.

  • Use third-party tools or custom code to modify exported files into your template.

Direct custom template export isn’t built-in.

Power BI currently doesn’t support applying a custom export template directly when exporting reports to PDF, PowerPoint, or Word. The export reflects the layout and visuals as designed on the report canvas.
