how to always send scheduled refresh email

Hi is there a way for an email to be sent every time a refresh occurs? exactly like the schedule refresh failure email but for when the refresh is complete

Have a quick look at this thread. I haven't found a method fo achieving what you're looking for but we've got pretty close,
