grant access to all users

Normally there is a group "Domain Users" in AD which contains all users in that particular domain
you can add something like "SYAD\Domain Users" to give permission to all of your users in Domain.
Or you can ask your system admin to create a Domain users group for you.

Yes, as said FarhanAhmed, you can use "Doman Users" domain group, this group typically contains all standard users in domain, it depends on practise of your IT department.
But you can add "Everyone" to give permission to really everyone.
