failing email subscription
Hello,
I am setting up Reporting server. My database is Oracle while we are using SQL Server enterpise edition with SA for report server.
The connections are fine, data refresh is working but when I schedule email it fails. I dont know what the problem could be.
I will appreciate your help.

Can you provide the error log information under the corresponding path by the following way. It is convenient for me to do further troubleshooting.
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS13.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\LogFilesMore details, you can read below document:
Report Server Service Trace Log - SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) | Microsoft Learn
