do we Pro License for viewing report

I am having PowerBI pro license, do my colleague  should also need Pro license to view report shared by me or there is separate licensing cost invoving for just viewing the report.

    Yes, they will also need a Pro license. There are 3 exceptions.

     

    First exception, you use Publish to Web feature. This makes an anonymous link to the report. Anyone with the link to the report can view the report. Anyone. The entire world, as long as they have the link.

     

    Second exception. Premium. If you have have a Premium instance (or possibly Embedded, MattAllington has posts on it) then you only need a Pro license to publish reports.

     

    Third option. File sharing. Put the PBIX somewhere on a file share. Other people can open it.
