deleted one user's access from the Power BI Report Server, but they still have access

Hello everyone,

I have encountered a serious problem. Despite deleting some users' access from the Power BI Report Server, they are still able to view the reports. 

could you please help me?

Are they getting updated data also? or they are viewing the reports from cache?
