Hello. Would there be a possibility of data integrity if reports are pulled from BISL the first day of the following month to review performance for staff? For instance, is there a cutoff for synchronization between months? Should I wait later in the month to pull the data to be sure the reports are reflecting accurate data?

Hi @VHAJACBAXTET ,
Data pulled immediately after a reporting period may be incomplete or misaligned if backend synchronization or validation processes are still underway. Pulling reports too early before all systems have synchronized increases the risk of inconsistencies. Ensure that the BISL report you're using has completed its data refresh cycle for the previous month before pulling it. Check and update accordingly if the report logic includes any lagging data sources or delayed ingestion pipelines.
Consider pulling reports a few days into the new month, This allows time for all systems to synchronize and for any late-arriving data to be included. Compare early month pulls with mid-month versions to assess consistency. Check the report’s refresh history in Power BI to confirm the last successful update. Coordinate with the report owner or BI team to understand the data pipeline timing. Validate early-month data against mid-month pulls to detect discrepancies.
Thank you

Hi @VHAJACBAXTET,
We need more information to be able to answer this.
The cuttoff for a report depends on the report and how the report developer made it. We can't answer questions about your specific data.
