cannot use data credentials and install data gateway
I try to use refresh sch. on power bi but the data credentials and data gateway didn't work
what should I do?

Anonymous - That's a really broad question with lots of unknowns. Which connector? You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".Anonymous - Did you get this resolved?
Is this for report server ? because report server don't use gateway connections.
You need to specify user credentials by
1- Click on 3 dots on top of the report.
2- Click on Manage
3- Click on the datasources on left pane
4- Specify user credentials of each data sources.
5- Click on the Schedule Refresh on left pane
6- Now you will be able to create schedule refresh in PBIRS
