blank page with the words "Loading Data"

I installed version 2022 of May Report Server. Then I restored the backup from the report server database before the update (2018). By running the portal address using the Chrome browser and selecting the pbix file, a blank page with the words "Loading Data" will be displayed. But using the Microsoft Edge browser, data and graphs are displayed!!!
Why do you think it is not displayed with non-Microsoft browsers?

I don't know if it supported to restore a database from such an old version. I would suggest that you install the version that matches the version you took the backup from. Then run the upgrade process (see Upgrade Power BI Report Server - Power BI | Microsoft Learn )

If that does not work you could try checking the server logs or the browser developer tools for errors, but you might need then open a support ticket as there should not be any reason that Edge works but Chrome does not (since the current Edge browser uses the same rendering engine as Chrome now)

Thanks for your quick reply.
Considering that it was working correctly in the Microsoft Edge browser, I decided to clear the data of the Chrome browser using the combination keys Shift+Ctrl+Delete, and fortunately, the data display problem was solved.
