add Group in the RLS in Power BI Report Server

Role assignments through group memberships are only supported when the Power BI Report Server is configured to run with NTLM or Kerberos authentication. Servers running with Custom authentication or Windows Basic need users explicitly assigned to roles. It depends on what you mean by "add group permission" if you are just trying to add a group as a member to a RLS role it should work fine. I do this all the time, in fact I pretty much only add groups to roles if I can.
And it's not clear what you mean by "it does not work" - do you get an error? Does the report show no data or all the data?
Can you provide some screen shots of how you are trying to configure your role and explain what behaviour you are seeing?
