Wrong format in number, Spanish Peru

Good day guys
I have a problem with the visualization of the numbers, in the Power BI Desktop I see them correctly, comma as thousands separator and dot as decimal. But the opposite is shown in the browser.
The server of Power BI Server Report is configured in Spanish Peru, the server of the database is also configured as Spanish Peru.
I have followed several steps such as setting the format in Power BI Desktop but it is still displayed incorrectly.
I am using import data, the Power BI Destokp is version 2.56.5023.1043 64-bit (March 2018) Spanish language. The regional configuration of the report is also Spanish Peru (this is configured in the Power BI Desktop)
If anyone knows a solution please indicate me. Thank you.

PD: Sorry for my bad English.
