Will reports still be usable during refreshing

Hi Experts,

I was not able to find any doc on this if anyone could refer a link to me that will be great.

Question is - if I have a report sit on PBIRS and its data model is large in size (more then 10GB) and will take a while to refresh its data, will the report still be usable while PBIRS works hard to refresh the data?
