Why will PowerBi service not authenticate my gateway?

Hello,

 

I am attempting to set up an auto-refresh gateway but keep getting this error.

 

Unable to update connection credentials. Unknown error

Details: Please have this information handy if you choose to create a support ticket.     My username and password work for everything but allowing me to update the login credentials
