Why end user cannot see visualizations on Power BI Report Server with data from Excel

Hi,

I created a dashbaord with data imported from Excel, (Excel file is stored on my local machine

The dashboard is available on PBIRS but the end user got the error message "this site can't be reached".

What should I change, update?

HI @Anonymous ,

so you created a report and uploaded to the Report Server? Do you give all people a permission to be able to see the report?

You can give permission on Folder or Report Level.

Hi Kathrin, 

we found out the issue comes from the user end, so it is not related to Power BI.

I confirm the user has permission on a folder level.
