Hello,
Has anybody noticed that clicking on a slicer, shape, or text box in a report that is published to PBI report server causes an unnecessary white box to form over that object? This seems to be a new problem in the August 2017 preview of PBI Report Server and I am wondering if there is a way to turn this off as it is causing overlap into other objects and messing up my dashboards. The attached image is an example of what happens when a text box is clicked.
Hi @mjmar025,
I didn't encounter this problem in Power BI Report Server August Preview.
In your scenario, did this problem ocurr to all Power BI reports publish to server? Could you try to re-publish report to web protal for a test? Also, please use a different browser to open report for a test.
Best regards,
Yuliana Gu
Tried to make a new report, use different browser, re-publish reports and nohing works. I installed the previous version of Power BI on my local machine and that does not have the same white box issue.
Hi @mjmar025,
Reboot the Power BI Report Server Service (Preview version), does issue persist?
Regards,
Yuliana Gu
