Power BI Report Server is installed and I can access the Report Server via the "Note secure" page. However, when I tried to access the secure "HTTPS" site, it prompts for user name and password. I'm logged in with an account that has both local Windows Server and SQL Server instance administrator rights and permission. I used that account's credential but Report Server is not taking it. Is there anything else I need to do? Thanks!

Seems like the issue is not related to Power BI Report Server but FQDN in Windows Server. Here's a link to an article that talks about this error.

So, here's what I found out so far. I tried to log into the https (secure) Power BI report server portal from my laptop computer and it works. However, if I tried to log into the https Power BI Report Server portal from within the report server itself is where it's not accepting my user name and password. I'm not sure why.
It is currently configured to use "Virtual Service Account". I have tired clearing cache and use different browser but it won't let me login to the secure site.
Hi @lorcz ,
The account for logging into the report server portal depends on the service account you configured in the report sconfiguration manager.

Also try a different browser and clear the browser cache and then log in again to see if it works.
If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Henry
