The update file is stored in SharePoint. Refresh on demand also fails. What could be the problem?

    Hi Anonymous ,

We analyzed logs and were able to locate the root cause of the issue. and we found that the issue may from SharePoint because of 429 error which appears as throttling issue.
We sugguest you to create a ticket with SharePoint team to look into this matter.
