Hi Anonymous ,
We analyzed logs and were able to locate the root cause of the issue. and we found that the issue may from SharePoint because of 429 error which appears as throttling issue.
We sugguest you to create a ticket with SharePoint team to look into this matter.Best Regards,

Hello,
We are also getting same error since 08-30-2022. If refreshed manually, it worked once. Later on its failing for both manual & scheduled refresh with same error.
Any help/suggestion arround this? Is this related to another internal issue submitted for exception raised by the IDbCommand interface- ICM 280081207
