Anyone got "We've detected a Microsoft Fabric Warehouse and Lakehouse issue in your environment" error and suggetions for resolving on this?

Hi all, 

I am unable to reproduce this issue as well as receiving similar emails. Can you please tell me if you are doing anything operational? Did this email cause any problems? Did it affect the Power BI Service in any way?

Recently, I am having refresh issues (e.g. failures) in Fabric with my Dataflow Gen2 queries.   I don't know if it's related, but they were working fine before. 

Problem Details:

Error Code: Mashup Exception Expression Error, Error Details: Couldn't refresh the entity because of an issue with the mashup document MashupException.Error: Failed to insert a table., InnerException: We cannot apply operator & to types Number and Record., Underlying error: We cannot apply operator & to types Number and Record.
