Correct: As mentioned above, you should use Power BI embedded or embed your report into other systems according to the relevant interfaces provided by Power BI Report server.

I think the easiest way to do this is to reverse proxy your report server into a domain name and then integrate that domain name (web page) into other systems.

I think you need to build your own custom app that embeds Power BI Report Server using Report Viewer controls.
the custom application can call PBIRS for a specific report, passing parameters and could call whatever you want as external systems.

That's not something you do with Power BI Report Server. You would want to look at Power BI Embedded instead.
