We have 1 App in which Users are created and login, need to integrate Report server with that users

We have one application in that users are created and log in using that, Need to integrate this application user with Power BI Report Server. 

 Users normally log in to our Application through their User ID and Pwd. from there we will give a hyperlink to Onpermises Report Server. while clicking that link it should authenticate with the current login which is happened in the application and allow the user to access the Report Given in Power bi report Server.

Can anybody help me doing this..

Not sure about Power BI Report Server. It sounds like you want Power BI Embedded if the user name and password are some kind of custom auth.
