Hi there

We have created CDS view based on SAP tables for OData connection.
The issue happened When I connected OData on Power BI. 
The SAP user account (ZZ_AB_0129) is connected successfully, but the user account(ZZ_AB_0954)  with the same credentials is not able to connect and I've got this error message:

Could you please tell me why this issue happens?

Issue:
Access to the resource is forbidden.

Can you successfully connect with other tools via ODATA?

I have tried it on Excel. The same error occurred.
