WEEKLY STAFF MONITORING

Good day,
I have a personnel database with the date of entry and termination and I have given it the form like the table on the left which collects the income per week of personnel and the dismissals (they do not necessarily cease in the same week they enter). They have asked to be able to follow up the staff in the future 4 weeks, for example if 40 people stopped in week 1, to be able to distribute in which weeks they stopped and get a% turnover. Is it possible to generate that record in powerbi?
