Visualise - Need to merge unique values in a table

I am new to PBI.  My use case is to display work items from ADO as well as related work items that are blocked by the first.  Ideally, I'd like the data to be displayed as;

Ex1.JPG

At the moment, I can only get the data to display as;

Ex2.JPG

or, using a Matrix, like this;

Ex3.JPG

Is what I'm seeking in the first image even possible? 1 row splits to 2?

Hi, @rit

I think It's hard. The rows and columns in the visual have context and can't be merged like in excel. You may only use matrix to achieve a similar effect.
