VBA code for conditional formatting to previous month

Hey all,

 

We're building a Paginated Report and wanting to know how to conditioanlly format background colours on a month by month basis whereby we want the colour to change based on the value being greater than or less than the previous month. Some of the fields are also aggregate equations.

 

Any help is appreciated.
