UserPortalV2 causes subscriptions with multi-select to be uneditable
With the new portal (We are using the May 2021 release), subscriptions that have parameters configured as multi-select cannot be edited. In order to get these work, we have to revert "UsePortalV2" to false, make the changes, then make the changes again. Is there a fix for this coming?

'UsePortalV2 is the new launched view in Jan, the fixed bugs in May version are not mentioned in detail. And there is no clear list of which bugs will be fix in the next version.
