I have developed a direct query (live, near real time) report. Users have been using it for a while, but lately a couple of users addressed the report they see has missing data comparing with other people's.
I see report working fine both on desktop and services, no missing data.
Any idea?

Hi @Anonymous ,
Please check if you have configured RLS. Also try to republish the report and clear the user's permissions in workspace and re-grant the corresponding report permissions. Also it could be a network issue for those users, have them try using another test account with permissions and access on their computer to see if data will be missing, as well as using their account to test access on another computer with no issues.
