freginier - As far as I need there is only one installation media for Power BI Reportserver (PowerBIReportServer.exe) available, e.g. PBI downloads Jan 2023
For PBI Desktop one can select 32bit and 64 bit versions, but they are not relevant for the upgrade of the Power BI Reportserver.
