Upgrade Power Bi On Prem from version Januari 2019 to latest May 2021

I have just started to work on a company where we use Power Bi On prem. The server is not upgraded for a long time. Does anyone know if it's possible to upgrade directly from January 2019 to May 2021?

Thanks for answer. With backup, do you mean the whole server, not just the database for Power BI On Prem?

Yes. Make sure you have a backup of the server before you upgrade.

Preferably the whole server. It should be standard procedure for you anyway.
