Updating Issue: Dashboard Keeps Reverting to Published State

Some of our dashboards published to the Server have scheduled refreshes which indicate to complete successfully each day. When opening the report the data seems to have refreshed for a period of time but after a few hours the dashboard revers to display the data that was available at the time when it was published.

Please help.
